Work offline, stay in flow
Tana Desktop now works completely offline, so your notes, tasks, and ideas are always available, even without Wi-Fi. Keep capturing thoughts, editing projects, and navigating your graph anywhere you go.Whether you’re on a plane, in a meeting with poor coverage, or simply unplugged to focus, Tana keeps your personal workspaces fully accessible and syncs everything automatically when you reconnect.Bonus: Unlike tools like Notion or Obsidian, which only sync static pages or require manual setup, Tana gives you full offline access to all workspaces you have added to your sidebar. Search and linked notes (references) work as normal too!

Easy navigation with tabs and panels
Tana Desktop gives you powerful navigation features built for focus and flow. Open multiple tabs in a single window—just like in your browser—to keep projects, notes, and meetings side-by-side. Use panels to split your screen and compare or work across pages without losing your place.Whether you’re deep in planning or jumping between meetings, the Desktop app makes it easy to stay organized, reduce tab fatigue, and move faster across your graph.Bonus: Native tabs and keyboard shortcuts make everything snappier and more fluid than in the browser.
