Meeting outcomes run automatically

  • NewBetter filtering in Browse and Search. Browse and Search now share one filter bar. Round pills let you scope to a space, jump straight to meetings or chats, and a type palette opens everything else, including your own types. Recents is now "Recently Updated", and Browse opens with a grid of space cards.
  • NewSend to, one menu for routing any item. Every item now has a "Send to" menu in its toolbar. From one place you can start a chat about it with Tana, a custom agent, or a teammate, run a skill or integration, pin it to a meeting, copy its link, or export it as Markdown.
  • NewRestore a deleted document. A soft-deleted item now shows a "Document deleted" panel with a "Restore document" button, so you can bring back something you removed by mistake.
  • NewLeave an organization. You can now leave an organization from settings.
  • ImprovedOutcomes run automatically when everyone leaves. Once everyone has left a call, Tana runs the wrap-up that turns the conversation into proposed items on its own. You no longer have to ask it to extract items. The summary already worked this way, and now both run off the same trigger.
  • ImprovedFilter Browse and Search by who created an item. The Browse and Search filter bar gains a "Created by" people picker, with you pinned to the top. Pick a person to see only what they made, or "Anyone" to clear it.
  • ImprovedTeam suggestions ranked by who you work with. In the "Send to" menu, the people you have recently shared docs, chats, and canvases with now come first, shown with their profile photos.
  • ImprovedYour mic starts muted in larger meetings. Joining a meeting that already has five or more people starts you muted, so you do not cut into a conversation already in progress.
  • ImprovedManage meeting invitees from the details panel. The meeting details panel shows an avatar stack of invitees with controls to add or remove people. Your own avatar always sorts first.
  • ImprovedRedesigned meeting toolbar on mobile. The in-call toolbar has been reworked for smaller screens, so the meeting controls are easier to reach on a phone.
  • ImprovedOne toolbar design before and during a call. The lobby, get-ready, and in-call toolbars now share one design. A muted mic or camera shows a calm gray slash instead of flashing red, and the shortcuts for reactions, raising your hand, sharing, and leaving are the same everywhere.
  • ImprovedAI usage limits reset on a two-hour window. When you reach the AI usage limit, the message now counts down to when you can chat again. The limit resets on a rolling two-hour window.
  • ImprovedClear callouts when a proposal can't fully apply. When you keep an AI proposal and part of it can't apply, an inline note now explains what happened, for example a change that went through with some parts dropped, or one that needs to be retried.
  • ImprovedSessions started from an MCP client are labelled. A chat session started by an MCP client now shows an "MCP:" prefix in the chat list, so it is easy to spot.
  • ImprovedScreen share hidden where it is not supported. The screen-share button no longer appears on devices that cannot share a screen, such as on iOS.
  • FixedMeeting transcripts stay in order across reconnects. Live transcripts now stay in the right order when people talk over each other or the connection briefly drops.
  • FixedThe voice agent says "Tana" correctly. The voice agent now pronounces "Tana" consistently, the same way across providers.
  • FixedRaised hands lower themselves. A raised hand now lowers on its own, so the badge does not linger after you have been acknowledged.
  • FixedWorkflow columns no longer duplicate. Editing a workflow's states at the same time as someone else no longer leaves a duplicate column that won't go away.
