Growth Data Analyst

Highlights
You will work closely with our Product, GTM, and Community Success teams to analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to accelerate user acquisition and retention. Your insights will directly influence our business decisions and help shape the future of our platform.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior and product usage data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies.
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize product features and marketing campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate best practices into our growth strategies.
- Start contributing immediately to drive growth initiatives.
Required skills
- You have solid experience as an engineer or data analyst in B2B or B2C SaaS environments.
- You are proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python).
- You have experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, BigQuery, Amplitude).
- You are skilled in data visualization and presenting insights to stakeholders.
- You are the first to explore new trends, tools, and technologies in growth analytics.
- You are highly analytical yet acutely aware of how to translate data into actionable strategies.
- You have good communication skills, so you can work effectively within a close team covering Product, Marketing, and Sales.
- You are ready to start as soon as possible and make an immediate impact.
Bonus if you have experience with AI-driven products and a passion for knowledge management tools.
