I’m the CTO of Nedap Healthcare, a health tech company focussed on keeping the Dutch care sector sustainable in the long term. Originally rooted in computer science, I’ve since moved into a leadership role at the intersection of design, technology, and entrepreneurship. While I naturally lean towards chaos, I’ve learned to use process, structure, and tooling to lead myself and others effectively.
