Turn meetings into the most productive part of your company’s week
Most employees spend 10 to 15 hours a week in meetings, talking about work they later have to do. With Tana, the work gets done in the meeting, while you build a shared context graph that streamlines coordination across the company.

Works with the agents they already use
Claude and ChatGPT, with Gemini, Grok and Lovable coming soon, so your company builds on the AI tools, skills and workflows it already has in place.
Adoption happens in the meeting
People meet as usual, and the agent suggests the work it can do. The easiest way to roll out AI workflows across an organization.
Works in the meetings you already have
Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or a Tana call. Nothing changes for your guests, and no bot joins.
AI made everyone faster.
Now the company has to keep up.
When everyone moves faster, you can’t add more meetings to stay aligned. Every meeting now updates a shared knowledge base, so your teams and their agents always know what was decided.

Built to make IT managers’ lives easier
- SOC 2 Type 2
- GDPR compliant
- HIPAA, expected Q1 2027
- EU hosting available
- SSO
- Verified by Heist
No training on your data
Not our models, not anyone’s. Nothing said in a meeting is used to train anything.
SOC 2 Type 2 and GDPR
Audited controls and always-on pentesting, verified by Heist. The report is available from the trust center. HIPAA in progress, expected Q1 2027.
Granular access controls
A meeting is private to its attendees by default. A record belongs to the space that owns it. Agents follow the same rules as people.
SSO and audit logs
SAML single sign-on with your identity provider, so access ends with the person’s account. Audit logs on Business.
EU hosting, your choice of inference
Your data hosted in the EU, with EU or US inference. Custom DPA and retention controls on Business.
Agents act with the user’s existing permissions
An agent can only reach what the person who brought it can reach: same connectors, same scopes. Revoke the person’s access and the agent loses it too.
Start with one team this week
Pilot with one team, expand when the security review is done.
We help with both.
Rolled out like any other app your IT team already runs: SSO for identity, spaces that mirror your org, admin controls and audit logs, a DPA and a procurement pack ready to send. A designated customer success manager on Business. Desktop app for Mac, Windows and Linux.
Free 30-day pilot for one team. Business from $35 per seat. See plans →
FAQ
Copy a link to a comprehensive description of Tana, how it compares to other tools, its features and capabilities. Paste it into Claude, ChatGPT or whichever agent you use.
Which agents and connectors work?
Each person can bring their own Claude or ChatGPT into the meeting, with the live transcript, the chat and any shared screen. Issues go to Linear, Jira or GitHub, deal notes to HubSpot, updates to Slack, and invites to Google Calendar or Outlook. Coding agents like Claude Code, Codex and Cursor read the same context through MCP, and there is a public API for anything else. See the full list of integrations.
Does a bot join our calls?
No. Tana runs on your computer and captures the call locally. Nothing appears in the participant list on Zoom, Teams or Google Meet, and no bot joins on your behalf. If you host the call in Tana instead, the assistant is simply part of the room.
Does it work with Zoom, Google Meet and Teams?
Yes. The Tana desktop app on Mac and Windows captures the call through your computer’s own audio, so it works with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or any other meeting platform, and nothing joins the call. You can also host the call in Tana, where anyone can join from a link with no account or app needed.
Is our meeting data used to train AI?
No. Your data is never used to train AI models, and the AI providers Tana works with are bound by the same restriction in their contracts. See the privacy page for how your data is handled.
Where is our data hosted, and where does inference run?
Your data is stored in Google Cloud, encrypted at rest and in transit. On the Business plan you can keep storage in the EU and choose whether AI inference runs in the EU or the US, with a custom DPA and control over data residency and retention. The list of subprocessors is in our trust center.
What happens when someone leaves the company?
An admin removes them under Settings, Members, and they lose access to your organization. The meetings, outcomes and docs they shared with the team stay in your organization’s spaces, so the context they built stays with the company.
Can we export everything?
Your data is yours. You keep access to it even if you downgrade or cancel your plan, and you can export it to other systems. Any doc or meeting summary downloads as Markdown, and your own tools can read your content through the MCP server and the public API.
How is Tana priced?
Per user, per month. Pro is $20 billed yearly, or $25 billed monthly, and starts with a free trial with no credit card required. Business starts at $35 and adds SAML SSO, audit logs, EU data residency and a designated customer success manager. See pricing for the full comparison.
