Reads a standup or sync discussion (pasted notes, a transcript, or a channel thread) and finds everything that was talked about but never captured as a tracked work item. It drafts each of those as a ready-to-file ticket and flags anything that is actively blocking someone, so nothing discussed out loud quietly disappears before it reaches the issue tracker.
