Blocker

Surface what's stuck, right when it's said

A Blocker captures something that is actively stopping progress right now - a dependency, decision, access issue, or unresolved question that must be cleared before work can continue. Unlike a Task (planned work someone will do) or a Risk (something that might go wrong later), a Blocker is a present-tense impediment: work is already stalled and stays stalled until it is resolved.
