Name the threat before it lands
A Risk captures an uncertain condition that, if it occurs, would hurt an objective, account, or project. Unlike a Task (a committed action someone will take) or an Issue (a problem that has already materialized), a Risk is forward-looking and probabilistic - it may or may not happen, and it is tracked so it can be watched, mitigated, or accepted before it becomes real.
