Progress update

Where things stand, in three parts

A Progress update captures a single contributor's standup-style status at a point in time: what they completed since the last update, what they plan to do next, and anything blocking them. Unlike a task or an action item, it does not commit anyone to new work - it is a snapshot of momentum on existing work. Unlike a meeting summary, it is scoped to one person's progress rather than the whole discussion.
