Insight
Findings you can stand behind
An Insight is a synthesized research finding distilled from what was said in a meeting, backed by verbatim evidence quotes and rated with a confidence level. Unlike a raw quote or a meeting note, it represents an interpreted conclusion - a pattern or learning the team can act on - rather than a single observation. It also differs from an action item or decision: an Insight explains what is true about users or the problem space, not what someone committed to do.
