Behavior observation

What users actually do, on the record

A Behavior observation captures a single observed user behavior or recurring segment pattern surfaced during a meeting - what a person or group actually did, said, or struggled with, stated as an observation rather than a conclusion. It differs from a feature request (which proposes a solution) and from an insight or finding (which interprets several observations into a takeaway); an observation stays close to the raw evidence and often feeds into those higher-level outcomes.
