Follow-up keeper

You get a morning report of every commitment made in recent meetings and whether it actually happened. Each morning it re-reads the week's transcripts, extracts who promised what, then checks calendar, email, and meeting notes to mark each one done or still open. For anything undone it drafts the follow-up email or prep note, always as a draft, and lists exactly what needs your attention today.
